This months artist / designer interview is with Oddhero a duo who design and sell  Prints and TShirts

David Gray and Stewart Bremner are two of Oddhero’s founders.
Gray is based in New York City, Bremner in Edinburgh, Scotland.

How long have you been an graphic artist?
DG: Never have, I’m a magazine and newspaper designer who loves type.

Create and build your own font

I’ve used StumbleUpon for sometime now, its a great way of, well, stumbling upon art and design related sites you just wouldn’t usually have found.

Recently I came across Fontstruct a great little site that enables you to easily create typefaces/fonts out of grided shapes which it then creates in to usable TrueType fonts. The fonts that are created can be used in Mac or Windows applications. It also encourages people to (more…)
