Banksy’s stained glass window

Spotted this recent work of Banksy’s over at flavorwire. He worked with Los Angeles students (who created the tagged background) while the window and figure were created by Banksy himself. More images of the work including closeups can be seen over at the flavorwire.com site.

Banksy vs Bristol Museum Exhibition (Part 1)

As you can probably tell, like many I’m a big fan of Banksy’s work and have followed his progress and work over the years.

When working at a design agency just off Soho Square in Central London around 9 or so years ago I came back from a walk at lunchtime having noticed some particularly clever graffiti. Well, clever in the fact that it actually looked like it took skill and brains to both plan and produce and wasn’t the usual scribbles or tagging. Banksy reminds us of Hurricane Katrina

New painted murals by world famous street artist Banksy has been found in New Orleans to mark the anniversary of Hurricane Katrina. The street artist produced these pieces to remind of the devastation Hurricane Katrina caused and to pay respect to the people of New Orleans who (more…)
