Designed by Landor in New York this is the new identity for the 9/11 Memorial Museum, that will be opening in 2011. A simple, timeless logo design, executed simply and respectfully this identity will be and deserves to be around for decades to come.

The Designers Republic has closed its doors

Sad news this week as The Designers Republic closed their doors after 22 years of design work.

The legendary design company who worked in many different sectors from music to video games to  beer brands, created great design very much in their own style and will be very much missed in the design world. Creative Review blog has an article remembering The Designers Republic.

How to get a job as a Graphic Designer

Just the other day I received a question on Twitter from Adam at Design4Love:

“Hi.. how are you? Do you have any tips for me how to get into the UK design industry (Other than sending applications to agencies). Thanks!”
